Frequently Asked Questions
Once an order is placed I am unable to change your word. All of the pieces are custom made with in 1-2 days of placing the order. Please be sure of your word of intent before placing your order.
Product orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once payment is received because these are all custom orders. Please be sure of your word and style choice before placing order.
If there is a defect in the product such as a broken band or mis-spelled word, we will replace the piece. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of your defective product and I will replace immediately. This “defective” is only for misspelling and wrong product. Preference for spacing or alignment is not considered defective.
Please remember these are all unique handmade pieces and perceived “imperfections” are part of the charm of the product.
All requests for adjustments or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of ordering for us to replace.
Did You Steal Chris Pan’s Idea?
No! Somebody actually asked me this question at an event. I didn’t steal the idea. The beautiful thing about the MyIntent Project is that everyone is encouraged to be a catalyst for meaningful conversations and positive energy. As a “maker” I purchase my supplies from his organization, and as an activator I can use the MyIntent.org resources to help you find your word. We’re all in this together! My goals are in line with the mission statement. Proceeds from sales allow me to recoup my startup investment, obtain supplies, activate intentions and give back to the community through charitable events.
